We are the original manufacturer of this popular Cedar Log Crib! We only sell this crib in or web store and on no other websites.

This Rustic Log Baby Crib is finished with a clear coat of no voc lacquer but is available unfinished as well. This Cedar Log Crib meets all current 2014 safety standards for cribs manufactured in the USA.

The slats are the required 2 3/8's apart (some may be slightly less) and all sides are fixed. 

The slats must be at least 2 inches apart in order to allow air flow into the crib. If you are concerned about your baby putting their arms and/or legs between the slats, we recommend a mesh bumper guard that allows air to continue to circulate in the crib. 

**** NOTE**** Due to recent changes in the law, the side rails no longer move up and down. This is a new law that was passed in 2011, due to some companies who made unsafe cribs. At this time, all side rails comply with the new law and are fixed to the posts, and unable to be moved up and down. The mattress spring support is adjustable so that as your baby grows, the crib can be lowered for safety purposes. .
